Previously, we have informed that Turkish Airlines Inc. has decided to establish, "THY Havaalanı Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve İşletme Anonim Şirketi", in order to operate principally in the fields of airport operations and investments and in the fields of other activity that is specified in the Articles of Association of the Company. THY Havaalanı Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve İşletme Anonim Şirketi has been conducting research on airports which operates in Turkey or abroad for investment partnership purposes. There is no finalized agreement process yet.
