Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 168.000 nominal value were bought back on March 29, 2023, within a price range of TL 118,00 – TL 120,00 (weighted average TL 119,07) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares has reached TL 2,232,800 which represents %0.161797 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
