Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 299,000 nominal value were bought back on May 25, 2023 within a price range of TL 133.10 – TL 134.80 (weighted average TL 133.74) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 4,485,800 which represents %0.325058 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
