As a result of the negotiations held between Turkish Airlines Inc. and Hava-Iş Union, wage increase section for the 27th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement has been decided, covering 2 year-period starting from January 1st, 2022.
The revised wages within the scope of the pandemic measures back in September 2020 were taken into consideration during the current negotations.
Within the 27th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, the wage increase for the first half of 2022 will be 60% on top of Consumer Price Index change between period of June 2021 and December 2021. For the later periods, in addition to related periods' CPI change 5% will be added for the second half of 2022, 1% will be added for the first half of 2023 and 1% will be added for the second half of 2023. Apart from the mentioned wage increases, when the Collective Bargaining Agreement is signed, 1 gross salary which is equivalent to a quarterly bonus wage will be paid, accordingly.
The 27th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations will start from 28.12.2021, except for the mutually agreed wage increases. The agreement related to wage increases will be implemented when the 27th term Collective Bargaining Agreement is signed.
