In accordance with the Capital Market Board's Communique II-22.1 on Share Buy-backs and the related announcement dated 14.02.2023, in order to contribute to the fair price formation of our share, our Board of Directors decided to launch a share buy-back program. Board Decision was disclosed on Public Disclosure Platform on the same date.

Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 67,500 nominal value were bought back on March 24, 2025 within a price range of TL 296.5 – TL 297.75 (weighted average TL 297.04) per share on Borsa Istanbul by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 5,774,544 which represents 0.418445% of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
