Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 150,000 nominal value were bought back on May 23, 2023, within a price range of TL 133.50 – TL 134.60 (weighted average TL 134.05) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares has reached TL 4,186,800 which represents %0.303391 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
