It has been decided by the Boards of Türk Hava Yolları Havacılık Ağır Bakım Onarım Merkezi A.Ş. (THY HABOM) and Türk Hava Yolları Teknik A.Ş.(THY Technic) to merge THY Technic and THY HABOM, by transferring all shares, assets and liabilies of THY HABOM to THY Technic. The public will be informed about the developments in the process going forward.
