Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 650,000 nominal value were bought back on March 21, 2023, within a price range of TL 123.00 – TL 124.50 (weighted average TL 123.72) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares has reached TL 2,064,800 which represents %0,149623 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
