Our Incorporation's application to Capital Markets Board (CMB) regarding the authorised capital ceiling increase and amendments to the articles of association has been approved by CMB's letter dated 16.02.2015. The proposed amendments will be submitted to the General Assembly for approval, upon receipt of the Ministry of Custom and Trade approvals.
