Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 495,000 nominal value were bought back on May 15, 2023, within a price range of TL 126.40 – TL 133.70 (weighted average TL 130.27) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares has reached TL 3,881,800 which represents %0.281290 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
