The incorporation has decided to sign an agreement with Akis Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş (KPMG) as the independent auditor for the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 in compliance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board which will be subject to the approval of the General Assembly every year.
