There has been some news in Cumhuriyet and Gazete Duvar websites dated February 12th, 2019, claiming that our Incorporation is planning to acquire shares from Istanbul Airport and the debt obligation will be increasing due to this transaction.

The aforementioned news does not reflect the reality and there is no evaluation or a decision made by the Board of Directors regarding a stake acqusition from İstanbul Airport. In order to continue our operations in a smooth way, Incorporation has focused on the transition to Istanbul Airport and investments in the fleet growth.
