Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 196,000 nominal value were bought back on May 10, 2023 within a price range of TL 127.00 – TL 127.90 (weighted average TL 127.56) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 3,386,800 which represents %0,245420 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
