In accordance with the Capital Market Board's Communique II-22.1 on Share Buy-backs and the related announcement dated 14.02.2023, in order to contribute to the fair price formation of our share, our Board of Directors decided to launch a share buy-back program. Board Decision was disclosed on Public Disclosure Platform on the same date.

Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 113,000 nominal value were bought back on Oct 09, 2024 within a price of TL 266.0 per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 5,241,044 which represents %0.379786 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
