Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 155,000 nominal value were bought back on May 09, 2023, within a price range of TL 129.30 – TL 130.10 (weighted average TL 129.87) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares has reached TL 3,190,800 which represents %0.231217 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
