With the decision of the Board of Directors of our Incorporation dated on 09.03.2020, it has been decided to amend the Article 6th titled "Share Capital and Share Certificates" of the Articles of Association of our Incorporation, as stated in the appendix.

The application was made to the Capital Markets Board on 09.03.2020 in order to obtain the approval of the Capital Market Board. The proposed amendments will be submitted to the General Assembly for approval, upon receipt of Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade approvals.
