On 22.02.2023, our Incorporation had announced the establishment of "THY Destek Hizmetleri A.Ş." as a 100% Turkish Airlines subsidiary in order to meet the support service needs of our Incorporation's and subsidiaries' out of core business activities, including but not limited to cleaning, safety, facility management, financial affairs, flight and ground handling services, and operational and organizational services. The procedures regarding the establishment of "THY Destek Hizmetleri A.Ş." were completed as of 06.03.2023 upon the registration by Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
