Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 252,000 nominal value were bought back on April 03, 2023 within a price range of TL 116.00 – TL 120.00 (weighted average TL 117.62) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 2,484,800 which represents %0.180058 of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
