It has been decided by the Board of Türk Hava Yolları Teknik A.Ş.(THY Technic) to transfer all shares of Turkbine Teknik Gaz Türbinleri Bakım Onarım A.Ş (50% held by THY Technic) to Zorlu O&M (B group shareholder of Turkbine Teknik). The public will be informed about the developments in the process going forward.
