Our Company's Board of Directors decided to increase the number of independent board members to four from three, within the framework of the best corporate governance practices, and nominate Assoc. Prof. Fatmanur Altun, Şekib Avdagiç, Dr. Melih Şükrü Ecertaş and Dr. Hüseyin Keskin as independent board member candidates following the recommendation of the Corporate Governance Committee. An application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board in order to present the independent member candidates for shareholders' approval at the General Assembly meeting.
