Turkish Airlines, in compliance with its social responsibility, could make donation or provide relief by virtue of the Board of Directors approval, within the scope of the principles indicated by the Capital Markets Board and under the Turkish Commercial Code. In selection of the donation type and amount of the donation, Turkish Airlines corporate social responsibility policies will be the guidance.

The details of the donations made are submitted to the shareholders during the Ordinary General Assembly of the respective year.
